WORLDWIDE DELIVERIES
Shipping is available to over 60 countries worldwide.

Import duties and taxes may be required upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be calculated in advance.

Once shipped, the package can be tracked using a tracking number.
RETURN POLICY
WHO TO CONTACT TO MAKE A RETURN
If defective goods are received or if there is a shipping error by INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA, the customer is invited to contact marketing@itgastaldi.com
CONDITIONS OF RETURNED GOODS
- The product must not have been washed or used
- The product must not have been intentionally or accidentally damaged
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with original accessories, components, and informational materials
- The product must be properly packaged, in the same way it was received
- Customized products will be replaced only in case of defects or non-conformity
- The product must be returned to the seller within 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal
INSPECTION OF GOODS
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for returning the items to its facility.
RETURN PROCEDURE / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA of the decision to withdraw from the contract via an explicit declaration (letter sent by post, fax, or email).
To this end, the customer can fill out the Online Return Form.
NON-CONFORMITY OF GOODS
If the returned product does not comply with the “Conditions of returned goods” and therefore the return cannot be accepted, INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA will contact the customer, who may choose to have the products returned at their own expense.
If the customer refuses the return, INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA reserves the right to retain the products and the corresponding purchase price.
VALUE OF RETURNED GOODS
Pursuant to Art. 57, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the customer is liable only for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA therefore reserves the right to refuse the return of products that are damaged, dirty, deteriorated, or appear to have been used for purposes other than those stated above.
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA also reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage attributable to the customer's willful or negligent conduct during the return process.
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA shall not be held liable in the event of loss or theft of returned products not attributable to it, nor in the event of returns sent to the wrong address or delivery delays.
It is therefore understood that the customer assumes all risks associated with shipping.
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those not compliant with all the specified conditions.
For all matters not specifically expressed herein, European distance selling regulations shall apply.
TIMEFRAME
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA undertakes to refund the price as soon as possible and in any case not before receiving the goods and verifying the compliance of the return conditions.
Shipping costs for the return of goods will be reimbursed only if the item is found to be defective.
REFUND
INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA will issue the refund using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In the case of partial returns, INDUSTRIA TESSILE GASTALDI & C. SPA will not refund the shipping costs.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Any differences in the amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
